About Ted:

For over 30 years my passion has been helping people achieve their business and personal development goals.

I’ve had the good fortune to work with hundreds of business leaders and their teams to bring new products to market, exploit competitive advantage, strengthen employee engagement, and ultimately improve their bottom line.

Everything I bring to my clients comes from years of experience working and leading both large and small businesses across multiple industries. As the Canada Country Manager for Philips Lighting, I gained an appreciation for the challenges business owners face each day. And as the North American Head of Marketing, my experience orchestrating the transition of a billion traditional light bulbs to emerging LED solid state products helped me develop a strategic mindset.

I most enjoy working with small and medium-sized businesses, helping them to optimize the ideas and practices widely used by big business to best suit their needs. Marketing is just one example of where new technology can make any company appear bigger to their prospects.

I graduated from Bucknell University, and I have multiple certificates including coaching and training, project management, stage gate innovation process, and Design for Six Sigma. I’m also active in my church and community as a volunteer for a job-training program for recently incarcerated people and as an English tutor for Literacy NJ.
