Steven “Steve” Pizziol is the owner and CEO of The Alternative Board – Southwest Miami and is a global business builder that has spent the last 25+ years in business management for two of the world’s most well-known and accomplished Fortune 500 brands, Domino’s and Blockbuster. He has led teams and managed business units across multiple regions and continents including the USA, Latin America, Asia, The Pacific Rim and Africa. He has been involved in start-ups, accelerated growth programs and has also been a country CEO with full P&L responsibility. He’s worked with Private Equity, institutional investors and helped companies go public. He is skilled in marketing, operations, finance, technology and has been extensively involved in digital and business transformation. He also has extensive Franchise experience on a worldwide basis and is a member of the International Franchise Association.

Steve, originally from Australia, understands the “big picture” but is also passionate about the “details” and believes that in business, it’s all about achieving success through inspired people who are capable of making disciplined decisions with an acceptable level of risk. Steve is comfortable, respects and enjoys working with all levels of people in an organization, whether it’s a pizza delivery driver or the Chairman of the Board. He is also fully bi-lingual in English and Spanish.

As Owner/CEO of TAB Southwest Miami FL, Steve assembles and facilitates small groups (or Boards) of business owners or CEOs who meet together monthly. Each board member comes from a non-competing business and their diversity and background promotes out-of-the-box thinking. Members learn from one another’s successes and mistakes, enabling them to overcome challenges and seize new opportunities.
