James Hadley, President / CEO of The Alternative Board – NJ Shore (TAB NJ Shore) is a seasoned finance and operations executive with extensive experience in strategic planning, financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, full accounting cycle management, regulatory and SEC filings, and control assessments and compliance. Additionally, Mr. Hadley has broad experience in all facets of operations management, including process design and reengineering. Mr. Hadley also has far-reaching experience in human resources and pensions & benefits management, as well as all facets or information technology and the systems development lifecycle.
In addition to his role at TAB NJ Shore, Mr. Hadley is also President / CEO of Safe Harbor Strategic Solutions Group, Inc., a diversified finance and operations consulting firm. With over 30 years of experience holding various executive positions with small business and middle market lending institutions, CIT Group Inc., First Fidelity Bancorporation and Midlantic Banks, Inc., Mr. Hadley has developed a strong strategic focus and has proven success leading organizations to operational efficiency through streamlining operations, identifying and implementing process improvements and employing new technology.
Mr. Hadley holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from Monmouth University; a Master’s of Business Administration Degree, also from Monmouth University and a Post Graduate Banking Management Degree from the Bank Administration Institute, University of Wisconsin.
